Dedicated group-shared directory

If you have large datasets or any other data that you use throughout your group, on request we can provide you a group-shared directory.

Granting HPC users access to your data

You can give other HPC users access to your data stored for example on $HPCVAULT or $WORK.

• grant specific users/groups access to your data by changing NFS permissions
• grant your group members or other HPC users access to your data by changing POSIX file permissions

Granting non-HPC users access to your data

If you want to share large amounts of data on our filesystems with people that do not have an HPC account, contact us under hpc-support@fau.de.
