AlphaFold

NHR@FAU has a rudimentary installation of AlphaFold3 and little how-to knowledge with AlphaFold.

Please open a support ticket for how to get access to the public AlphaFold3 database available on our clusters. We have an Apptainer .sif-file available that had been converted from an installation of the Docker container. We cannot give you access to the model parameter, please request on your own.
